Satoshis

Named after the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshis (or “sats”) represent the smallest divisible unit of the bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency. Bitcoin, like all cryptocurrencies, is divisible, and one bitcoin contains 100 million satoshis. Many crypto enthusiasts prefer tracking price fluctuations of their respective cryptocurrencies in terms of sats rather than fiat currencies, reflecting their skepticism of the traditional financial system.
