Airdrop

Airdrop is a distribution method wherein tokens are sent directly to user wallets without any cost. Recipients of airdrops do not have to pay for the tokens they receive. Typically used as a marketing strategy to generate awareness for a project, airdrops can also be carried out following a chain fork, token upgrade, or as part of a fundraising mechanism.
