Phase 1 for ICON P-Rep TestNet has ended. Ubik Capital has participated in Phase 1 together with several teams from around the world and everything went well. Phase 2 for ICON P-Rep TestNet will start in June 3rd. You can find here more information regarding P-Rep TestNet.
