Transmuter (Alchemix)

The Transmuter serves as the primary pegging mechanism in the Alchemix protocol. Its purpose is to maintain the 1:1 ratio between synthetic assets, such as alUSD, and stablecoins like DAI. Powered by a smart contract, the Transmuter allows users to stake alUSD and earn a proportionate amount of DAI as rewards.
