Timing-based evasion is a strategy utilized by specific types of malware to avoid detection within a targeted system. This technique involves the malware executing its malicious code only at specific moments, such as when the system’s detection levels are at their lowest or in response to particular actions performed by the system user, such as closing a program or pressing a specific key.
