Shelley Phase (Cardano)

Shelley Phase, within the context of Cardano, represents the second stage in the project’s roadmap, named after author Mary Shelley. This phase aims to facilitate a secure and stable transition towards a more decentralized Cardano network, where community-run network nodes play a significant role. To encourage active participation in achieving the network’s ambitious decentralization objectives, ADA coin holders are incentivized through game theory and staking rewards.
