Seed Funding

Seed funding, also known as seed capital, involves early-stage investment in a startup in exchange for an equity stake, convertible note stake, or tokenized asset stake in the company. This initial funding supports the startup until it gains momentum and generates cash flow or attracts further investment. Seed funding is often provided by friends and family, seed venture capital (VC) funds, and angel investors, among others.
