Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Trading

Peer-to-peer trading refers to the direct exchange of assets between two or more network participants in a decentralized and low-risk manner, often occurring on a blockchain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) or crypto wallet. This method eliminates the need for a centralized intermediary and allows users to transact with minimal or zero fees. Some crypto wallets and DEXs offer instant exchange functionality within a single interface, enabling users to seamlessly switch between different cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. However, limited liquidity and a relatively small user base remain challenges for widespread implementation of this technology.
