Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF)
By tracking the price movements of various financial instruments, an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) enables investors to access and leverage the performance of an asset or a diversified portfolio of assets without the requirement of owning them directly. Within ETFs, a mix of assets, including bonds, commodities, and stocks, creates an investment portfolio that offers diversification. For instance, a digital asset ETF enables investors to gain exposure to the underlying digital asset without the necessity of managing the asset themselves or dealing with a cryptocurrency exchange.
