BEP-2 Tokenization Standard

The BEP-2 tokenization standard is employed to facilitate the transfer of BNB Beacon Chain (previously Binance Chain) assets operating on the BNB chain. All BNB Beacon Chain addresses start with “bnb” as the first three letters, paying homage to Binance’s primary coin symbol, BNB. BNB Beacon Chain is one of the two primary blockchain networks developed by Binance, the other being BNB Smart Chain (formerly known as Binance Smart Chain).
